Subject: Statement in response to complaint by Representative Gilda Cobb-Hunter (D)
1. Pursuant to being notified by telephone of a complaint against me by Rep. Gilda Cobb-Hunter, I would like this statement to become part of the record, and to serve as my complaint against Rep. Cobb-Hunter, for using the influence of her office in an attempt to silence a citizen's voice, one whose position on the issue of murdering pre-birth children by abortion is the opposite of hers. This is an attempt by Rep. Cobb-Hunter to intimidate and suppress First Amendment free speech and the right to petition the Government for the redress of grievances, that grievance being the Government's perpetuation and protection of decriminalized child-murder-by-abortion.
2. On Thursday, March 22, 2007, the SC House was scheduled for a 10:00 AM session. I arrived in the First Floor Lobby shortly after 9:30 AM and stayed there until after 10:00 AM, standing with a sign near the ramp that comes up from the escalator and parking garage which legislators use to come into the State House. When I first arrived, there was a news conference being conducted in the center of the First Floor lobby in which Gov. Mark Sanford participated. A fair-sized crowd of onlookers, including media with cameras, was also present. The sign I held, facing it alternatively in the direction of the news conference and in the direction of the ramp, had a picture of an 8-week perfectly formed fetus, under which are the words: "ABORTION KILLS CHILDREN." I was also passing out flyers (attached), entitled: "S.C. Gov. Supports Pre-Abortion-Ultrasound Bill." I have stood in this position in years past, and have photographs from previous years' of this activity in the traditional free speech fora of both the First and Second Floor public lobbies in "the people's house." I have attached a picture of the fetus sign that is apparently so offensive to SC Representative Gilda Cobb-Hunter.
3. As I spotted Rep. Cobb-Hunter approaching my position, I turned and faced the sign I was holding in that direction, continuing to remain where I had been standing. I greeted her by name as she came closer, and then reminded her that Micah 6:8 (a Scripture she had read or spoken from the podium of the SC House chamber on 3/21 during the Ultrasound bill (H.3355) debate, as she expressed her strong opinions against passage of the bill) said to Do Justice, as she walked by me, between my friend and co-laborer, Mr. Johnny Gardner, director of Voice of the Unborn. Mrs. Cobb-Hunter continued to walk by, and said something to me to the effect that, yes, it says Do Justice, as she walked toward the elevator. That was the extent of my contact with Mrs. Gilda Cobb-Hunter. If this matter is adjudicated, I wish to subpoena the ETV video of the 3/21 House floor debate on H.3355.
4. I later passed Mrs. Cobb-Hunter on the Second Floor while going about my business of trying to influence legislators to end the murder of children by abortion, and although we walked right by one another in close proximity, nothing was said by either one of us to the other. We normally in fact, do not converse.
5. Mrs. Cobb-Hunter is one of the most extremely pro-abortion legislators in the SC House, in fact, in the entire SC General Assembly. In the 2004 South Carolina Legislative Manual, Representative Cobb-Hunter listed her position as a member of the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood of S.C. (copy provided on request)[ www.vote-smart.org/bio.php?can_id=BS021952 ], which has an abortion center located in Columbia which reportedly murdered over 28,700 pre-birth children by abortion from 1978-2005, according to SC DHEC statistics, and continues to murder children today in Middleburg Drive, in Middleburg Park, Columbia.
6. It is interesting that the day after Rep. Cobb-Hunter stood at the podium in the House chamber (3/21), repeatedly and boldly telling her colleagues, with an "in-your-face" manner, that she was going to speak her (pro-abortion) mind and position even if some of them did not want to hear it, that the very next day she would attempt to use her influence as a legislator to silence the voices and speech of two Christian pro-life citizens, Mr. Gardner and myself. This seems quite hypocritical.
7. It is my hope that Mrs. Cobb-Hunter will learn the same ability to listen, that she demands from others.

S.C. Bans Gay Marriage

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- South Carolina officially banned gay marriage Thursday as legislative leaders ratified a constitutional amendment approved by voters in November.
New Hampshire, meanwhile, moved in the opposite direction, with a state House panel endorsing the creation of civil unions for same-sex couples.
South Carolina was among eight states with gay marriage bans on the ballot last year. The measures passed everywhere except Arizona.
Nearly four out of five South Carolina voters approved the amendment, which reads, "A marriage between one man and one woman is the only lawful domestic union that shall be valid or recognized in this state."
The state already had a law against same-sex marriages, but proponents said the amendment was needed to prevent judges from opening the door to civil unions, which offer gay couples the legal benefits of marriage but not the title.
Only Massachusetts allows gay couples to marry. Vermont, Connecticut and New Jersey allow civil unions, and California has domestic partnerships that offer similar benefits.

1.4% of Adults Homosexual?

Editor's Note: With all the propaganda in the media about homosexuality being a "normal" activity of which one is genetically predisposed to, and those practicing should be given special rights and priviledges, this article may just give us a more realistic view of how many people actually are homosexual.
I think it is especially notable that many of those practicing homosexuality are younger, and one reason being that many of the older homosexuals may be dead as their life span is generally 20 years less than those who are not involved in this dangerous life style.
I realize some think it is loving to accept those who are killing themselves with disease through the increased health risks involved with homosexuality, but if we really love our neighbor as ourselves, we will warn them of the danger involved in their sin.
We most certainly will not lie to them by telling them that their same sex attraction and sexual actions are normal.

Elections 2008- Who Will Stand?

The 2008 elections are already being discussed, and many names are being bandied about. My question is, "Do we have a candidate running for President who will stand for God's principles in government and for the defense of the innocent preborn without exception?" Many of the candidates who are running claim to be prolife, but upon closer examination they are really pro-abortion with exceptions. No, that was not a mistake. I really did mean to say "pro-abortion with exceptions". The only truly prolife view is that which defends every innocent life from aggression, without exception. America desperately needs Godly men who understand The American View. Who will champion the Crown Rights of King Jesus over every area of life, and who will stand without apology and without exception for the innocent preborn and their right to be born.
Recently, I called into a national talk show, where the discussion was on the 2008 Presidential elections, and how some candidates who are running stand on the important moral issues of our time. I made the point that Christians can only vote for a 100% prolife candidate who allows no exceptions for abortion. The guest on the show disagreed with me, stating to the effect that we would never have a perfect candidate unless Jesus Christ ran for office. That the candidates we do have, even though they may not be perfect, are so much better than the opposition. You know, the same old worn-out "lesser of the evils" argument. I am so sick and tired of these well-known people on the "Conservative Right" who preach that we should "vote our values" and put our "faith to action."

With Friends Like Albert Mohler, Who Needs Enemies?

Recently, Rev. R. Albert Mohler, Jr., the president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, managed to enrage the citizens of New Sodom and, at the same time, give their corrupt agenda a good shot in the arm. Mohler made the sodomites a bit more mad -- I believe that would be the appropriate multipurpose word -- than they already are by suggesting his support for the development of prenatal sexual orientation screening and prenatal medical treatment to "reverse the sexual orientation" of babies found to be homosexual.
The offending remarks were made in a lengthy article written by the influential Mohler, titled "Is Your Baby Gay? What If You Could Know? What If You Could Do Something About It?" Albert Mohler's article did a great service for the sodomites' cause. I have no doubt that after their first, and typical, temper tantrum had ebbed, sodomites, along with their friends far and wide, realized just what a gift they had been handed. A quote in a recent AP story provides evidence of that very thing: "Dr. Jack Drescher, a New York City psychiatrist critical of those who consider homosexuality a disorder, commended Mohler's openness to the prospect that it is biologically based. 'This represents a major shift,' Drescher said. 'This is a man who actually has an open mind, who is struggling to reconcile his religious beliefs with facts that contradict it.'"

Supreme Court to decide whether to hear Michael New's case soon!
(District of Columbia) - The US Government finally got it's brief filied with the Supreme Court after two extensions of time, on March 20. We have ten days, and with the long weekend, until 2 April to file our Reply, but it won"t take that long.

We'll try to have a commemntary upon the government's case up on-line soon.
If four Justices vote "YES", then our case will be scheduled for Oral Auguments. If fewer than four, then our legal fight for the sovereignty of our military and our nation may be at an end.

LAUGH or CRY...

I sent a free copy of one of my regular E-Thought pieces concerning my views on the fall of the Republic, pertinent quotes of eternal interest, and sometimes a bit of personal, timeless philosophy and often use a wee bit of humor and careful satire.
Well, I received a reply from "my" first district Bushie, US Rep.Paul Ryan trying to be helpful on one personal point while ignoring the horrific domestic, global crisis upon us.
As a minor, but important personal note I shared with E-friends and patriots was that of a longtime-left neighbor that dislikes my dog because of my political views. So, my beautiful, aging Siberian Husky, Freedom, who rarely barks is being falsely accused by our Village Control Freak from her upper window that allow her to survey the community when she awakes at12 noon, bless her.
So, with that explanation, "my" US Rep. Paul Ryan or an anonymous aide who has no priority list regarding the dangers to the Republic without borders and a haven for terrorists and domestic Anti-Americans.

"Inconvenient Truth"

In my retirement from a place called a government school in 1990 as a traditional American History and English teacher-8th grade, I only miss one thing: the left surroundings and literature in my teacher mail box that kept me aware of the left-ways by the teacher union and its willing Dem/left members. In a school of nearly 70 teachers perhaps 2 were ed worthy and were the type you had as dedicated Americans in your own schooling if you were lucky. Now, to find out what out tax-money is doing wrong, I have to find out from the liberal press or parents of today who voice legitimate concerns.
So, today a Kenosha parent called a local radio show and said that her daughter at a middle school(grades 6-8) dumbed down from the Jr. High school (7-9) to adjust the data funding with less learned students-and said the student had to see/hear some 2 hours of the Al Gore movie on global warming with the others. Then, when they were finished they had group discussion on this "problem", then as homework were to write a letter of concern to their U.S. senator. If they had a differing view , they were required to write their thoughts to the TEACHER (?) instead. Why? The young student said all the pupils in the government school obeyed as they didn't know there was another side. (these are 11-13 year olds). The mother was rightfully upset when she heard of this manipulation, casually, from her own daughter who was typing a letter of concern about global warming to one of our two Dem/awful US Senators (Kohl, Feingold). She wrote a letter to the principal and Superintendent, re-taught her daughter-and is waiting.

Dr. Albert Mohler, A 'Gay' Gene and The 'Cure' for Homosexuality

HUNTINGTON, Conn., Mar. 19 /Christian Newswire/ -- On Friday, Dr. Albert Mohler, Jr., President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a man I highly respect, made some very controversial statements in a brilliant article on his blog regarding homosexuality.
Dr. Mohler pointed to research showing that some sheep were homosexual – whether in captivity or in the wild – due to their animalistic behaviors.
Dr. Mohler also suggested that researchers are now using those sheep to find if there is a "gay" gene, and if so, a possible "cure."
He then referred to an article to take science fiction even further, suggesting that if a "gay" gene is found in the animals, Christians better be prepared if one is also discovered in human beings.
Naturally, millions of Bible believing Christians across the country were enraged, yet he even went several steps further.
He discussed the question (not verbatim), "If you knew your baby had the 'gay' gene and you could correct it by eradicating the gene in the womb by a patch or some treatment, would you?"
Homosexual activists cried, "Another holocaust!" fearing now their so-called "race" of people (in their eyes) could possibly be wiped out in the future.

Child Protection's Abuse Registry is Unconstitutional and An Abuse of Power Nationwide

Hartford, CT - It's undeniable that the Central Registry here in Connecticut as well as all 50 states are unconstitutional and an abuse of power. Most people including the legislators don't know there is absolutely no due process for parents (who are Americans) when your name is put on the Central Registry.
How you get on that list is by a bunch of unlicensed social workers who lack the authority to determine one's guilt decide this without any trial, without the presents of the parent or their attorney and the parent is unable to present evidence or confront the accuser's testimony under the 6th and 14th Amendment. Substantiating neglect or abuse by DCF has nothing to do with proof of abuse and neglect nor is being put on any Registry proof of one guilt.
Just imagine if the police had such a list where you never went to court but they maintained a Registry of alleged criminals and you lost your job based only on allegations. DCF openly admits on their site that those on the Central Registry are only to ALLEGED to be neglectful not that they are neglectful.
Over 90% of the individuals on the Central Registry have never been proven guilty by any jury or judge prior to being placed on there. Imagine that you were placed on the sex offender list without a trial or the ability to present evidence in a court of law. The Central Registry is the unconstitutional version of the Sex Offender List because there is no trial, no due process and no rules of evidence. You are place there by incompetent DCF workers who have no concept on relevant evidence or how to conduct a proper investigation. At least you have the ability to present a case and defend yourself prior to be placing on the Sex Offender List.
When is the legislators going to wake up to see that innocent parents are being put on an unconstitutional Central Registry. This is very harmful and abusive to children and to the entire family. Parents loose good paying jobs like teaching, day care, the medical field in order to buy food and pay bills by the opinion of an unlicensed social worker and must now take a very low paying job due to this unconstitutional process.

“Penumbras Formed by Emanations”

This week will be full of opportunities: Opportunities to apply biblical principles to your decisions, or to make excuses for why you trust more in man’s wisdom, rather than in God’s. Christians are the only people on the face of the earth who know the truth. (God’s Word is truth. Psalm 119.160; John 17.17). To not base our decisions upon biblical principles is to dishonor and blaspheme our Lord, Savior and King, Jesus Christ.*
Should our state and federal constitutions be interpreted strictly according to what they say? That this question represents a major controversy in our culture only attests to how many judges who profess to be Christians need some serious work on their worldview. There is no biblical reason for them to answer “No” to this question, because Christians believe in absolute truth and therefore the absolute meaning of words. After all, our Lord, Savior and King, Jesus Christ is “the Word.” John 1.1
Some judges recognize this and resort to word games like the former Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who proclaimed “prenumbras formed by emanations” justified his decision to overlook some specific guarantees of the Bill of Rights. A penumbra is a partial shadow between regions of complete darkness and complete illumination, as in an eclipse, and whatever “illumination” Justice Douglas received was very clearly not from God.
Other justices, not liking the clear intentions of the absolute principles contained in our Constitution, suggest turning to the laws of other countries. When they come to a particular case with their decision in mind, and can’t find specific words, or even, “prenumbras formed by emanations” they search the laws of other countries until they find one then cite that as justification for their ruling! Instead of viewing words as clear means of communicating our intents, they distort and abuse them in order to change culture according to their self-centered agenda. In other words, they view themselves as gods!

Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust to Hold 10th Annual Pro-Life Boot Camp

LOS ANGELES, Mar. 20 /Christian Newswire/ -- Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, a pro-life youth organization, will hold the 10th annual ProLife Training Camp in Los Angeles, California from June 27 to July 8.
Over 50 young people, ages 14 and up, from across the nation will travel to Southern California to participate in what many have dubbed "pro-life boot camp."
Featured in the Los Angeles Times, Jane and Teen People, the high energy 12-day camp offers an opportunity for high school and college-age youth who want to be trained in effective pro-life activism.
"I have always felt that abortion is wrong," says Angelique Guarneri, age 15, who will be attending the camp again this year. "But until I went to camp last year, I didn't feel like I could articulate why."
She continues, "Survivors has helped me to see that my age is not an obstacle to my voice being heard on critical issues such as abortion. Instead, I feel that my age is an asset. Who better to speak about abortion than someone who had a 1 in 3 chance of being a victim themselves?"
The first few days of camp equip Survivors with the foundational tools they will need for effective activism. Students complete basic and advanced training from nationally recognized pro-life advocates through seminars and skill-building exercises.
The topics covered include: the basic science of when life begins, pro-life apologetics, how to counsel women in unplanned pregnancies, using the media to get out the pro-life message, planning and executing a successful event, and knowing the legal rights in the public square.

Day of Silence

Dear Friends,
This year, the sodomite propagandists are holding their "Day of Silence" on Wednesday, April 18. The Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN) organizes the event. They have set up a special web site for the Day of Silence which is found at http://www.dayofsilence.org/. For the past couple of years, GLSEN has not announced the names of the schools where Day of Silence activities are taking place. I suppose that has something to do with the witness we have organized at so many of those schools in the past years. There is a good chance that school names will be published at the last minute, so to speak, on the DOS web site. I can't think of a better day to be a witness for the Word of God against the lies of New Sodom than on the Day of Silence. If you would like to do just that, I suggest you pick out a likely school near you and plan on going to it on April 18. Then, if GLSEN publishes a list at the last minute and that school is not on it, we can always notify you of another nearby school which is on the list. Of course, you could also just go to your first choice either way. Certainly, it is a win-win situation.
If you will need literature from us, just put in your order as soon as possible. Normally, our literature on homosexuality is free to those who minister in Wisconsin and provided at cost for everyone else. For the Day of Silence, we will provide free literature to all no matter where they live in the good old USA. Just tell us soon how much you need.
